Is Case Management going to Penn Medicine University City?

Case management is not a department that has a presence at Penn Medicine University City. Business operations financial counselors are available by appointment on the 6th floor, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. ED/CRM or practices should contact Business Services office when a self-pay patient needs to be scheduled for follow up care.
