In reference to electronic check in at Penn Medicine University City, will high school students be offered the opportunity to volunteer to assist patients who may not be “tech savvy”, -CCU

An organized volunteer program has not been established at Penn Presbyterian as of yet. The practice patient service representatives have been available to help assist patients with the kiosk check-in process. Practice have found that as patients return they are becoming more comfortable with the new technology.
